Q: Can i add items to my existing order?
Yes you can. Simply drop us an email at thebotanistandherthieves@gmail.com with the items you’d like to add. Do note that changes to your order after Thursday 11.59pm may result in delays to your delivery. 

 

Q: Something is missing from my order. 
Drop us an email at thebotanistandherthieves@gmail.com. We’ll have the missing item delivered to you within 48hrs. 

 

Q: Do you accept refunds / returns?
We only accept returns / refunds within 48hrs from the date of delivery.  This is only applicable for damaged / faulty pots & potting accessories. Kindly note that there will be no refund of delivery fees. 

 

Q: I’ve received my order but wish to exchange an item. 
We only accept exchanges within 48hrs from the date of delivery. This is only applicable for pots & potting accessories. Kindly note that there will be additional delivery charges for the collection of the item and re-delivery fees apply. 

 

Q: I would like plants for my house.
We offer plant concierge services where we’ll propose plant & pot pairings for your living spaces. Drop us an email at thebotanistandherthieves@gmail.com to find out more. 

 

Q: I need pot sizing advice.

Q: I need gifting advice for a plant friend.

Q: Is my credit card charged when I place my order?
No, it isn’t. Payments are transacted only when your order has been packed and is out for delivery.
